You can make a TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation of old computer
equipment to us.

You will receive an itemized Donation Receipt from GE
Elfun Computer Rehab of Schenectady, Inc.

We
do not assess the value of your donation. It is your
responsibility to assign a dollar value to your donation
based on the original purchase cost, age and replacement
cost. This value of your donation is a matter between you
and the IRS.

Please look at our current minimum computer system
requirements for a list of the equipment we are accepting
before making your donation. We must be selective about your
donation because of the disposal cost of unusable equipment.

you have any questions about what equipment we can use,
please call and we will discuss your equipment.

Individuals are asked to
please bring all donations to us during our office hours of
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday (except for
holidays).

If you cannot deliver your
donation, please call us and we may be able to arrange for
the pickup of your equipment by one of our members.

Business and corporate donors
please call and we can discuss the logistics of delivery or
possible pickup at your location.

We are located in the GE Main
Plant in Schenectady, NY, off Interstate 890 Exit 4.
