Requests must be made in writing on your
organization's official letterhead and signed by an
officer of the organization.

Your
request letter should state your equipment needs and
briefly describe the planned use of the computers,
e.g.,
word processing, accounting, Internet access, etc. so
that we can properly meet your needs.

Request all of the items that you know you will
need. We can supply printers, scanners and a
variety of networking equipment at no charge.
High speed modems may be available at a nominal
charge.

You
must include a copy of your organization’s federal
tax exemption Letter of Determination,
501(c)(3), with your request. If the Letter
of Determination does not include your Employer
Identification Number (EIN), please include your EIN
on the Request letter. Requests that do not
include the 501(c)(3) and EIN can not be honored.

Be
sure your request includes a contact person's name,
phone number and e-mail address so we can contact
them to confirm your request and obtain any
additional information or clarification.
